Originally from South Jersey, Arian has been in Boston long enough that he now calls it home. But as an active guy with lots of hobbies, he travels all over the world for the thrill of adventure! From sailing in the summer to skiing in the winter to hiking up mountains, Arian embraces nature to its fullest! He’s also a trained pilot, so the sky’s not even a limit.

Arian’s love of nature is the reason he’s worried that people are becoming too consumed by digital media. They’re losing sight of what it means to be human, so he founded IgnitePost, a handwritten mail service that enables businesses to develop deeper relationships with customers and prospects.

As the founder and CEO of IgnitePost, Arian has a lot of responsibilities. He wears a bunch of different hats on any given day, doing a variety of roles. From talking and working with customers to connecting with the various teams at IgnitePost (marketing, operation, film, etc.) to interacting with the company’s investors and advisors, Arian’s day is packed with meetings. His calendar looks like a toddler went through and colored all the available slots. Arian also handles sales and resources by reaching out to potential customers, figuring out how the company can help them, and making sure everyone in the organization has the resources needed to do their jobs.

I’m tired just writing about his responsibilities, but Arian loves the excitement that comes with each new day at the office. Seeing the various ways people use IgnitePost’s services - it inspires and keeps him going. Even though he’s in the business, every time he talks with a new customer, he gets a new idea, a new approach, a new way to use the mailing services, and handwritten cards. As he puts it: “we’re the paintbrush, and they’re [customers] the artist.”

Arian is constantly working on different projects as inspiration hits. Right now, he’s working with the development team at IgnitePost to improve the user experience and make it easier for customers to use the company’s services. Previous customers have provided feedback and research was done to predict what new styles people would be interested in. As a result, 7 new handwriting styles have been created, increasing the number of options to choose from when making IgnitePost cards. Arian has also been working with the development team to improve the dashboard on the company’s website so customers can make campaigns and monitor their marketing process a lot easier.

The amount of growth and progress made during this period of social, economic, and political turmoil is amazing, and it’s all thanks to Arian’s new motto. Instead of complaining or wishing for better days, Arian is looking at the silver lining of the COVID-19 pandemic and seeing what he has control of and what he doesn’t. It’s an excellent time for self reflection. In fact, at the start of all the chaos, Arian brought the penmanship robots, which are used to make the IgnitePost cards, back home to run the business solo for 3 months. While it wasn’t ideal, it was a good opportunity to do a lot of different, unfamiliar roles. Arian has been able to apply what he learned from that experience across the board to make multiple aspects of IgnitePost better.

Of course, while IgnitePost is great, life is not just about work! And for Arian, there’s been a lot going on personally too. Right now, you’re looking at a newly engaged man!!! About a week and a half ago, Arian took an impromptu trip to Acadia National Park )in Maine) to do some hiking with his girlfriend. They got to reconnect with nature, reset, and on the hiking summit, Arian proposed!!! And she said yes! Arian is excited to be engaged and when safety allows, the happy couple will then tie the knot with a fabulous ceremony! Congratulations!!!
